Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

JobFlow offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You have full access to all features during this period. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be limited to read-only access at the end of the trial.

2. Subscription Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service during the free trial period.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of software-as-a-service and the availability of a free trial, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments. When you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, but no refund is provided for the remaining days.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges. If you believe an error has occurred, contact us immediately.

4. Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge, please contact us at info@jobflowza.co.za before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
